The Boy Scouts of America was founded on February 8th, 1910. The mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.  
The "Cubbing" Program was introduced on Feb 10th, 1930, and in 1945 the "Cubbing" program was changed to "Cub Scouts." Cub Scouts is a year-round family- and home-centered program that develops ethical decision-making skills for boys in the kinder through fifth grade. Activities emphasize character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.  

 

Our Cub Scout Pack 716 was initiated by local families and established in January, 1990 in the hope to bring the scouting values to the kids in the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda area.
